Make sure you stay in the quadruple room with the view of the street. Great to have a refrigerator, an electric kettle, and air conditioner.

The hotel was located very marvellous and fantastic for us, close to a subway station. In the evening we visited Nono Panoramic Restaurant, set right at the venue. The breakfast offered was satisfactory with many options...

The hotel was ideal, and fairly clean, and the location was nice to all main attractions in Rome. There were central heating, an individual safe and multi-channel television in the room, truly enjoyed that. Great breakfasts with coffee, good options for a quick and cheese, the staff were flexible. The daily service was excellent. Furthermore, the parking was nearby and convenient. Location: the property was adjacent to the Via Nazionale the 110 hop on hop off tour bus, and La Republica metro station. Everything was simply very good.

The hotel was in a great location, close to shopping, restaurants, and major attractions. The staff was helpful with answering questions and arranging taxis. The room had amenities like a kettle and fridge. Breakfast was included and had a good variety, including options for vegetarians and vegans. The staff members, Valerio, Fabiana, and Maximiliano, were friendly and accommodating.
Felt like a home away from home, no complaints.

The breakfast provided a wide variety of tasty options, perfect for starting a busy day exploring Rome. The staff arranged a private car to the airport at a good price. The location was convenient for both walking from the train station and accessing nearby attractions like Capitoline Hill and the river. The staff recommended two great restaurants and the nearby shopping options were plentiful.
Felt happy, nothing to complain about.

My must haves' are a compact, air conditioned room with really comfy bed and dubious cleanliness, for example. The atmosphere is quiet and everyone from the staff are very caring and respectful.

I did like the staff, the location, it makes you feel like you are home considering that it is bed and breakfast and it is located in a building where are other appartments and offices. Since the beginning they give you the keys for all doors to keep during the time of the stay in the hotel. You do not have to go to the reception and take them every time you go in and out.
The room should have more light.
